I’m Letzy
Latina Life Coach
Hola, I’m Letzy! As a first-gen, I understand the struggles of learning how to navigate life transitions such as attending college, getting out of my comfort zone, creating healthy boundaries with family and friends, and most importantly creating a life that emphasizes my values and desires.
Being a first gen has taught me to value the things I have and continue to work for. There was a time when I felt lost because I got asked to take a break by my community college admins. During my community college break, I took a chance at Massage School because my mom told me she enjoyed the neck massages I would give her. I graduated and got a job as a Massage Therapist.
I decided to give college another try, this time I knew what I wanted. I wanted to get my bachelor’s in Social Work. I was getting denied by Universities due to my GPA, until I finally got accepted at Arizona State University. I got my Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work from ASU.
